Process

  • 1 Intake & triage (free, 20 minutes).
  • 2 We clarify goals, scope, timeline, journal targets, and whether Protected Health Information (PHI) is present.
  • 3 Scope & quote.
  • 4 You receive a concise statement of work with a timeline and price.
  • 5 Security & compliance.
  • Prefer de‑identified data; otherwise, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is executed before transfer.
  • Upload through a HIPAA‑compliant portal; Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) available on request.
  • 1 Execution.
  • Editing: tracked changes + an “editor’s memo.”
  • Analysis: a short report, figures, and fully reproducible code (R/SPSS).
  • 1 Delivery & one re‑edit.
  • 2 One free re‑edit within 30 days (reasonable scope).

A certificate confirming that your work was edited by Zavorsky LLC

  • 1 Follow-on (optional).
  • 2 Journal shortlist, cover letter, or response‑to‑reviewers support.

Ethics & authorship: I follow ICMJE guidelines. If contributions warrant authorship, we’ll discuss it upfront; otherwise, acknowledge statistical or editorial assistance per journal policy.
